Request account & data deletion
You can ask us to delete your Servia account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
- Open Servia and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the request. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will process your request:
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line "Delete my Servia account".
- Include the email or phone number associated with your account so we can verify it.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we delete the personal data we hold for your account, including:
We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
- Account information
- Location data
- Request & service content
- Messages
- Payment information
- Provider identity verification
- Device & diagnostic data
What we may retain
We may keep a limited amount of information where we are legally required to (for example, transaction or tax records), or in an anonymized form that can no longer identify you. We keep such data only for as long as necessary and then delete it.
How long it takes
We action verified deletion requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered.
